5. Refund policy
Since this is a digital product (downloadable file), no refunds are available after the download link has been sent to you. This is in accordance with Russian consumer protection law (Article 26.1 of the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights").

This agreement is originally written in Russian. This English summary is provided for your convenience only. In case of any disputes, the Russian version shall prevail.

7. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
